Corra Fetzer
Hello everyone! My name is Corra Fetzer. I am your 2024 Larimer County Fair and PRCA Rodeo Queen. I am so blessed to be called upon to represent my fair, rodeo, and community. This title is the best way to give back to the 4-H community that I grew up in.
Throughout my year as Queen, I want to remind people "Don't be afraid to take the first step" which is the platform I take through not only my queen year but also my many hobbies. When I am not rodeo queening I compete in breakaway roping, team roping, mounted shooting, and barrel racing. If you are not afraid to take the first step towards a new adventure or a new experience in your life there is a big chance you will create a new part of your life that brings you a sense of accomplishment, joy, and love.
When I am not riding or roping, I am at school. I am a Junior in high school. At school, I am involved in FFA, FBLA, and NHS. After high school, I plan on attending a junior college where I can college rodeo and be involved in a horse training program; then I plan on transferring to Oklahoma State University to finish an animal science degree.
My queen horse for the year is a 16.2-hand grey horse named Toby. I've owned him for 6 years. When Toby isn't working as an amazing rodeo queen horse we are competing in mounted shooting, running flags at rodeos, or trail riding. Toby was a rodeo queen's horse many years before I became Queen; he safely carried two Miss Rodeo Americas and three Miss Rodeo Colorado's! Throughout my year as Queen be sure to look for Toby and for me at our local rodeos.
Gratefully your 2024 Larimer County Fair & PRCA Rodeo Queen
