Pricing:
- Full Table (8 People): $1,000 per performance
- Half Table (4 People): $600 per performance

Please note, we are offering only 5 tables per performance, and they are expected to sell out quickly.
Each performance is located in The Ranch Equestrian Center.

Vendors are open Friday, October 24th 6pm-11pm. Saturday, October 25th 11am-11pm.
Awards will take place Friday and Saturday night after the rodeo performance in The Ranch Equestrian Center East Pavilion. There will be live music, a cash bar, and dancing! The ceremonies and after party are open to the public!
Contestants
Friday, October 24th, 3:00pm - 5:00pm in The Ranch Equestrian Center West Pavilion. Each contestant is required to check in during the designated check in time prior to Friday’s performance. Back numbers will be given at check in.

Richard Rule rode bulls professionally for 15 years in the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) and Bull Riders Only (BRO). He won the Mountain States Circuit Bull Riding Championship in 1985 and 1990. In 1985 Richard also won the bull riding in Denver at the National Western with a 94 point ride on A14 Sunni’s Velvet, which held the record for the highest bull riding score in the Denver coliseum for 18 years. Richard was revered highly by his travel companions and fellow contestants as one of the best, consistently ranking in the top 25 bull riders in the world. The best year of Richard’s bull riding career was 1991 when he was sitting #1 in the world standings up until a bull he rode broke his leg, the devastating injury ended Richard’s winning streak and shot at the National Finals Rodeo. After multiple surgeries and months of rehab, Richard overcame all obstacles and returned to bull riding against doctor’s orders. When it comes to cowboys, there are none tougher at overcoming odds than Richard Rule.
His tough constitution would be challenged again outside of the arena when Richard was dealt a cancer diagnosis in 2016. We lost Richard August 2017 after a heroic ten-month battle against esophageal cancer. Throughout his entire fight, Richard showed incredible physical, mental, and spiritual strength.
To be Richard Rule Tough is to have enough grit to never quit. It’s facing fear and adversity head on with courage and a winning attitude even when you don’t come out on top. It’s embracing hard challenges with a big grin and sense of humor. It’s standing up for Uncle Sam and bowing your head to Jesus. It’s doing your best even when life is difficult, and helping others be better. It’s digging down deep and going for it, regardless the outcome. It’s having tenacious faith and giving all the glory to the man upstairs, even when you're down on your luck.
In honor of the toughest cowboy of them all, the Richard Rule Cowboy Tough Award will be presented to the most deserving contestant at the Mountain States Circuit Finals. Richard was instrumental in moving the Circuit Finals to The Ranch in Loveland last year, and his presence will be greatly missed today, and for many years to come.
