Weaver Stone Guest Services at Blue Arena strives to provide excellent service to our guests with disabilities. We recognize the needs of persons with disabilities and we meet or exceed the compliance requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Blue Arena provides a full range of accommodations for guests with disabilities to ensure their safety, comfort, and enjoyment of our events and facilities. If you need assistance during an event, you may visit Weaver Stone Guest Services located on the Concourse level near the main entrance or ask any one of our staff. Blue Arena offers accessible seating in an integrated setting on all levels.
Assistive Listening Devices
Blue Arena is equipped with an assistive listening system. Receivers are available for all events at the guest services desk on the Concourse level and provided free of charge with a form of valid identification. The devices are available at the guest services desk on the Concourse level.
Escorts/Transports with Wheelchairs
Blue Arena is happy to provide escorts/transports with wheelchairs inside the events center for guests with disabilities or special needs. This service can be requested at Weaver Stone Guest Services or as you enter the building at all entry points.
Restrooms
All public restrooms are accessible. The facility also has family restrooms on the Event, Concourse, and Buick GMC Suite Levels.
Service Animals
Service animals are welcome inside the building and must always remain under the control of the animal’s handler. Comfort animals are not allowed in the facility.
Sign Language Interpreters
Blue Arena can provide sign language interpreters for guests with hearing disabilities. Requests for this service must be received 5 business days prior to the event. Please call 970-619-4100.
