Phase II: Expanding The Ranch. Strengthening Our Future.

As Larimer County continues to grow, so does the need for spaces that serve more people, more often. Phase II expands The Ranch with venues designed to bring our community together while generating the revenue needed to keep public access strong for years to come. It’s how we create a place that thrives economically, culturally, and inclusively.

Planning for Our Future

Larimer County is one of the fastest-growing counties in Colorado, and our current campus is operating near full capacity. The next phase of the Master Plan will help us meet this demand while preparing to sunset the current sales and use tax by 2039.

Keeping Our Promise: Sunset the Sales & Use Tax by 2039

Phase II isn’t about spending more taxpayer dollars, it’s about making smart investments now to ensure The Ranch can sustain itself long-term. With your continued support and input, we’re working toward a future where operations are fully funded through earned revenue, not taxes.
