The Ranch is Northern Colorado's large-format festival and 315-acre event campus encompassing a 21-acre purpose-built Event Lawn with a capacity of up to 45,000, backed by infrastructure, parking, indoor venues, and an experienced operations team. The Event Lawn is the premier destination for festivals, concerts, car shows, corporate gatherings, and community celebrations.
Our campus offers a variety of flexible outdoor settings, including grassy courtyards, open grounds, gravel areas, and paved lots. Each space provides a unique backdrop to help bring your event to life.
Ranch Event Lawn
The 21-acre Event Lawn at The Ranch is significantly expanding The Ranch’s ability to host large-scale outdoor events and community gatherings. Designed as a flexible, multi-use space, it will support a variety of large-scale events ranging from festivals and concerts to car shows, food truck rallies, sporting events, outdoor marketplace events, as well as corporate and community gatherings. With capacity for up to 45,000 attendees across the lawn and activation areas, the Event Lawn is built to accommodate everything from major regional festivals to large-scale community events and provides a unique backdrop to help bring your event to life!
Whether you are planning a major production or a local community gathering, The Ranch offers the space and support to make it a success. The campus offers a variety of outdoor amenities, including:
- Flexible, multi-stage and layout configurations
- Over 5,500 on-site parking spaces
- 20-, 30-, and 50- amp service, plus 120-volt access
- RV lot with water and dump station
- Rentable passenger and ADA shuttles
- Upgraded infrastructure, including power, water, and stormwater systems
- Fenced perimeter with controlled access and 3 public entry/box office points
- Established, but non-exclusive, vendor partners that can provide tenting, outdoor AV, and additional amenities
- On-site sworn law enforcement

Food & Beverage
The Ranch Events Complex provides in-house, exclusive food and beverage services through OVG Hospitality. From concessions to distinctive catered meetings and events, OVG equals inspiring cuisine, grand presentations, and impeccable service for each guest. Oak View Group Hospitality can also provide food truck support for events on the grounds
Future Vision: Outdoor Amphitheater
An outdoor amphitheater is being designed to complement the Event Lawn and create a dedicated venue for concerts, festivals, and large community celebrations. With a planned capacity of 6,000 attendees, the amphitheater will help attract new entertainment opportunities to Northern Colorado. Construction of the amphitheater is anticipated to begin in late 2026.
