With more than 60 acres of versatile outdoor space, The Ranch is Northern Colorado’s premier destination for festivals, concerts, car shows, corporate gatherings, and community celebrations.

Our campus offers a variety of flexible outdoor settings, including grassy courtyards, open grounds, gravel areas, and paved lots. Each space provides a unique backdrop to help bring your event to life.

Coming in July 2026: The Event Lawn

Now under construction, the new 21-acre Event Lawn will significantly expand The Ranch’s ability to host large-scale outdoor events and community gatherings. Designed as a flexible, multi-use venue, this space will support festivals, concerts, food truck rallies, outdoor movies, markets, and seasonal celebrations.

With capacity for up to 45,000 attendees across the lawn and activation areas, the Event Lawn is built to accommodate everything from major regional festivals to large community events.

Built with flexibility and community in mind, the Event Lawn will create new opportunities for artists, families, students, visitors, and event organizers from across the region. Whether you are planning a major production or a local gathering, The Ranch offers the space and support to make it a success.

Future Vision: Outdoor Amphitheater

An outdoor amphitheater is being designed to complement the Event Lawn and create a dedicated venue for concerts, festivals, and large community celebrations. With a planned capacity of 6,000 attendees, the amphitheater will help attract new entertainment opportunities to Northern Colorado.

Construction of the amphitheater is anticipated to begin in late 2026.
