Whether you're a longtime event partner, a first-time visitor, or a curious community member, we want to make sure you feel informed and confident about what's happening at The Ranch. Below are answers to some of the most common questions we’ve heard so far, along with ways to stay connected as the Master Plan moves forward.
Q: How were priorities for Phase I decided?
A: Phase I focused on expanding access for youth, 4-H, and nonprofit programs. These priorities were shaped directly by community feedback through surveys, open houses, and stakeholder input.
Q: Why is Phase II more commercially focused?
A: Phase II introduces event-driven features like a hotel, amphitheater, and convention center to help generate revenue. This supports The Ranch’s goal of long-term financial sustainability and helps keep community spaces affordable.

A: Yes. These spaces remain core to The Ranch’s mission and will continue to support nonprofit, workforce, and civic programming.
Q: What’s happening with the Colorado Eagles?
A: The Eagles remain a valued partner. Planned improvements to the Blue Arena will enhance the fan experience and support their continued success at The Ranch.
Q: Will construction impact public events or meetings?
A: While some adjustments may be necessary, work is being phased to minimize disruption. We are committed to maintaining reliable access throughout construction.
