Payment Procedures
All major credit cards accepted. If you must purchase your group order with a check, payment must be received no less than 2 weeks before the show date.
*We are sorry, but tickets cannot be refunded, canceled or exchanged.

Birthdays
Celebrate at Birthday at Blue Arena! Don't have another boring birthday party, do something fun and different! Bring the party to Blue Arena! Have a meal, cake and fun before or during the game, family show or concert! Blue Arena is also the perfect place for sports clubs and teams to have their end of the season parties. Party packages can be tailored to meet your needs!
Corporate Functions, Appreciation/Awards Dinners, Group Outings
Looking for the perfect place to host your next meeting, corporate function or party? Blue Arena is the perfect location for you! The HomeRun Bar & Grill on our suite level is perfect for corporate functions, holiday parties and awards dinners. Host your party before an event and you will receive the group discounted ticket rate! Our exclusive on-site caterer, OVG Hospitality, will provide world-class service and excellent menu options to fit your needs.
Hospitality Space
Voodoo Ranger Lounge: Located on the North End of the Event Level. Can accommodate up to 100 guests (depending on event).
HomeRun Bar & Grill: Located on the Suite Level. Can accommodate up to 120 guests (depending on layout). Rental fees may apply.
Party Suite: Treat your group to an extra special evening at Blue Arena in a Party Suite. Our Party Suite can be fully catered. Contact Katie Miller at katie.miller@oakviewgroup.com for additional information.

Offer discounted tickets to your employees, with no cost to your company! Our Corporate Employee Benefit Program allows you to send ticket offers by email to your employees to receive pre-sale and ticket discounts for a variety of shows and sporting events.

Is your group or class wanting to learn more about the events industry? We offer FREE facility tours at The Ranch Events Complex.
Fundraising
If car washes or candy sales have grown stale, Blue Arena offers a great opportunity to raise money for your group or organization through the Blue Arena Fundraising Program.

National Anthem Program
Have you ever imagined what it would be like for your group to perform before thousands of people at Blue Arena?
We are often in need of groups to sing the National Anthem and perform at halftime for select events. We do ask the groups performing to meet a ticket requirement and each performer would need to have their own ticket to come into the building.
This is also a great way to raise money for your organization! Many events offer Group Discounts for each ticket. Your group could sell the tickets at full price and keep the difference for themselves!
