Concessions

Spectra Food Services and Hospitality offers a wide variety of concession foods at various locations throughout the Budweiser Events Center.

We explore local, cultural and unique flavors, to create signature venue branded concepts to help our concession stands capitalize on market tastes. In addition to the heightened brand appeal, our food is prepared and served fresh. Hot when it should be enjoyed hot, cold when it's expected to be cold. Everything is assembled in front of our guests and nothing is pre-wrapped – our Everything's Fresh™ approach!

Stands and portables vary depending on the event. Please be sure to check out a Hungry Fan Map located at guest services and throughout the venue to see what is open.

Burger Prime (located by Section A): "Pizza" burger, "Plain" burger/cheeseburger, "BLT" burger, double bacon cheese burger, our fan favorite “Messy” Burger, "Plain" grilled chicken, and "Bud Light Lime" grilled chicken all served with waffle fries, specialty waffle fries, corn dog, and chicken tenders with waffle fries
Maui Wowi (located by Sections E & V): Variety of smoothies with or without alcohol
Little O's Mini Donuts (located by Section F): Mini donuts made right off the conveyor line
Hot Dog Nation (located by Sections J & R): "Plain," "Messy," "Hot, Hot, Hot" and “Nacho” hot dogs, foot-long hot dogs, beer brat in a pretzel bun, nachos with cheese, salsa, and jalapenos, popcorn, assorted candy, soft pretzels, chili/cheese nachos, peanuts, and Fritos pie
Dole Whip (located by Section J): Vanilla & pineapple Dole Whip, ice cream cookie sandwiches, fresh baked cookies, root beer floats, cotton candy, freshly squeezed lemonade, and pineapple floats
Nutty Bavarian (located by Section K): Bavarian style nuts, cashews, and almonds
Kostas (located by Section K): Gyros, hummus, falafel, baklava, and Greek nachos
Nordy's (located by Section M): Local favorite BBQ restaurant right here in the Budweiser Events Center that serves pulled pork, brisket, and ribs along with their famous beans, pasta slaw, and chips
Bavarian Pretzel Cart (located by Section M): Salted, pizza, jalapeno, and cinnamon sugar Bavarian pretzels accompanied with the appropriate dipping sauces
Dunkin' Donuts (located by Section M): Coffee & espressos (both hot and iced), hot chocolate and assorted munchkins
A-maize'n Kettle Corn (located by Section N): Variety of kettle corn flavors
Dippin Dots (located by Sections F&P): Variety of Dots from the future
Casa Del Sol (located by Section T): Ultimate nachos served with your choice of nacho chips, Doritos, or Cool Ranch Doritos and all the appropriate fixings, walking taco, street tacos, and fresh garden salad
Krazy Karl's Pizza (located by Section W): 1/4 of a pie slices, cheese breadsticks, and calzones
Beer carts, portable bars, and RainDance Tap: Various liquors, wines, draft beers (local, domestic, and foreign), cider, frozen Ritas, and bottle/can beers are available

Non-Profit Fundraising with Spectra Food Services and Hospitality

Non-profit groups have the opportunity to work in an exciting atmosphere while raising important funds for their organization. At events, we can provide you the with the tools and products needed to run your location, while you provide the staff-volunteers from your organization-ready to work for your cause, with the highest standards of customer service in mind. Your group then receives a commission of the sales from the concession stand and/or portables you work.
