What is the process of hosting an event & who do I contact?

Our Scheduling Coordinator or Sales Manager can check availability for you and discuss the needs of your event before sending an estimate. When you book your event, you will be assigned an Event Coordinator who will assist in the coordination of the logistics involved with your event. If you have food and beverage needs, our Catering Manager will connect with you directly. 

What is included in a standard event rental?

Event space is included in a standard rentalYour Ranch Event Coordinator will assist with ancillary event rentals by working with our partnering vendors if you prefer.

Do you have preferred vendors and event planners?

Yes, we are happy to provide contact details for our preferred third party vendors. Ask your Ranch Coordinator for more details.

What are your event hours?

7:00 am - 10:00 pm. Our rates are based on a daily rental fee.

Is parking free?

Parking is complimentary for all events and ample parking is available for large-scale events as well.

Do you offer transportation services?

The Ranch partners with a variety of local and regional transportation companies and can assist in connecting you with the appropriate contacts to book your transportation to and from DIA and/or locally.

Do you have lodging on site?

The Embassy Suites Loveland Hotel, Conference Center and Spa is a 263 room hotel which is located on our complex across our parking lot. There are a variety of our other hotel partners in close proximity. See ‘Planning Your Visit’ for more details

Do you have an exclusive caterer?

OVG 360 Hospitality is the exclusive food and beverage provider at The Ranch. Please visit 'Concessions & Catering' for more information.

Do you require event insurance?

Every event requires liability insurance. If you do not have liability insurance our Scheduling Coordinator can send you an application at time of booking. 

What is the booking process?

Contact the Scheduling Coordinator at ljack@larimer.org to discuss your event date and to get general pricing for your event. You will be assigned an event coordinator who will assist with logistics involved with your event.
