About the Ranch

Since 2003, The Ranch Events Complex, also known as the Larimer County Fairgrounds and Events Complex, is owned by Larimer County and is located in beautiful Loveland, Colorado. The Ranch has earned a reputation as one of the premier event and entertainment complexes in the region. With the ability to host virtually any event from board meetings to tens of thousands of fans at a music festival, the multi-purpose venues on the complex are not only known locally as a place for entertainment but are also a nationally recognized event destination. The Ranch offers more than 240 acres of versatile indoor and outdoor space, industry-leading event staff, exceptional catering, and ample parking all within close proximity to local award-winning hotels and amenities. It is conveniently located off I-25 in Loveland and is less than an hour's drive from Denver International Airport. 

There are four buildings on the complex which are known as the FNBO Exhibition Hall, Blue Arena , the Thomas M. McKee 4-H Youth & Community Building, and the MAC Equipment Inc. Indoor Arena and Livestock Pavilions. Blue Arena is a 6,500 seat multi-purpose venue that is host to a variety of family shows, rodeos, comedy events concerts and the AHL affiliate Colorado Eagles. The FNBO Building is host to trade shows, conferences, meetings, banquets and many other types of flat floor events. The MAC Equipment Inc. Indoor Arena hosts a variety of local, regional and national equine and livestock events including the PRCA Mountain States Circuit Finals. Our outdoor space at The Ranch is ideal for festivals, concerts, car shows, outdoor trade shows, and our very own, Larimer County Fair & PRCA Rodeo!
