Weaver Stone Guest Services at Blue Arena strives to provide excellent service to our guests with disabilities.  We recognize the needs of persons with disabilities and we meet or exceed the compliance requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).  Blue Arena provides a full range of accommodations for guests with disabilities to ensure their safety, comfort, and enjoyment of our events and facilities. If you need assistance during an event, you may visit Weaver Stone Guest Services located on the Concourse level near the main entrance or ask any one of our staff. Blue Arena offers accessible seating in an integrated setting on all levels. 

Sensory Inclusion

Blue Arena has partnered with KultureCity to improve our ability to assist and accommodate guests with sensory needs. Our objective is to provide an inclusive and seamless experience for all guests for all events including those with sensory needs. We strive to raise awareness of the needs and challenges faced by individuals with sensory processing disorders by supplying our team members with continuous training and by offering the resources and accommodations below to our guests. Seating

Accessible/wheelchair seating is available for all events at Blue Arena. Accessible/wheelchair seating tickets can be purchased online at www.treventscomplex.com, or in person at the the OCR Box Office.

Accessible/wheelchair seating are dispersed and available throughout the events center. Accessible seats are reserved for guests with disabilities who have accessible needs and their companions. Accessible seats are available in the following locations at Blue Arena but may vary depending on the event configuration: sections K, M, & S.

Parking

Parking for ALL events at Blue Arena is available for purchase through ParkWhiz. Click here for more information.

Accessible parking is available directly in front of the main entrance of Blue Arena and is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests parking in an accessible space must display a state-issued accessible parking permit.

Assistive Listening Devices

Blue Arena is equipped with an assistive listening system. Receivers are available for all events at the guest services desk on the Concourse level and provided free of charge with a form of valid identification. The devices are available at the guest services desk on the Concourse level. 

Escorts/Transports with Wheelchairs

Blue Arena is happy to provide escorts/transports with wheelchairs inside the events center for guests with disabilities or special needs. This service can be requested at Weaver Stone Guest Services or as you enter the building at all entry points.

Restrooms

All public restrooms are accessible. The facility also has family restrooms on the Event, Concourse, and Buick GMC Suite Levels.

Service Animals

Service animals are welcome inside the building and must always remain under the control of the animal’s handler.  Comfort animals are not allowed in the facility.

Sign Language Interpreters

Blue Arena can provide sign language interpreters for guests with hearing disabilities. Requests for this service must be received 5 business days prior to the event. Please call 970-619-4100.
