NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING WILL DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED FOR THE APPLICABLE DRAWING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT.

Eligibility: The Golden Ticket Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of Colorado who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or of the legal age of majority in their state/territory of residence, whichever is older) as of the date of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Global Spectrum, L.P. d/b/a OVG360 ("Sponsor"), and the Colorado Eagles (“Promotional Partner”) and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, governors, related entities, partners, partnerships, principals, licensees, sponsors, and advertising/promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, "Released Parties"), and the immediate family members (parent, spouse, sibling, or child, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each (whether or not related) are not eligible to participate or win. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local rules and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.

Entry Period: Sweepstakes begins at 3:00:00 PM Mountain Time ("MT") on August 2, 2023 and ends at 6:00PM MT on October 2, 2023 ("Entry Period").

How To Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes: the Online Method of Entry and the Alternate, Mail-In Method of Entry outlined below. No other entry will be accepted.

1. ONLINE: During the Entry Period, visit www.TREventsComplex.com on your computer or mobile device, click on the applicable Sweepstakes banners, buttons and/or links to access the online Sweepstakes registration page and then fully complete and submit the online entry form to receive one (1) entry. Entries must be received by 6:00:00PM MT on October 2, 2023 to be eligible. If you choose to enter using your mobile device, standard data rates apply. Each wireless carrier's data rate plan may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for information on data rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes; or
2. MAIL-IN METHOD OF ENTRY: To enter via mail-in method of entry instead of the online method described above and receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes, hand write your first and last name, street address, city, state, zip, daytime telephone number (area codes included), email address, and date of birth on a plain 3" x 5" piece of paper, and mail entry in a properly stamped #10 envelope to: Golden Ticket Giveaway, Blue Arena 5290 Arena Circle Loveland, CO 80538. All mail-in entries must be post-marked by September 30, 2023, and received by October 2, 2023, to be eligible. Photocopied, computer generated facsimiles, mechanically reproduced, automated, mass entries and entries by any means which subvert the entry process will be void. Entries become property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Limit one (1) entry per person/valid e-mail address/or telephone number for the entire Entry Period, regardless of method of entry. Additional entries received from any person or e-mail address or telephone number during the Entry Period beyond the specified limit will be void. All information submitted online by entrants is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, Blue Arena’s Terms of Use accessible at: oakviewgroup.com/terms-conditions Privacy Policy accessible at: www.oakviewgroup.com/privacy-policy. Entrants agree that all information submitted may be shared with the Promotional Partner and all such information is subject to and will be used by the Promotional Partner in a manner consistent with the Promotional Partner’s Privacy Policy accessible at coloradoeagles.com/privacy-policy. Online entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the entry form to be eligible. Incomplete entries are void. Online entrants to the Sweepstakes will be given the option to receive commercial e-mails and text messages and updates from Sponsor and/or Promotional Partner; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's consent to receive such e-mails and/or mobile text messages and updates and consenting to receive such e-mails and/or mobile text messages and updates does not impact entrant's chances of winning. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant gives his/her express permission to be contacted by the Sponsor and/or Administrator by telephone, e-mail and/or postal mail for Sweepstakes administration purposes. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, late, delayed, inaccurate, illegible, misdirected, stolen, undelivered, postage due, or garbled entries, mail, or email; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems; lost entries, or transmissions; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission, or communication; interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), cable, satellite or other connections including those through and/or by any website; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or technical failures; non-delivery; misdirected, blocked, or delayed e-mail notifications; garbled, misrouted, jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, telephone, electronic, mail or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or downloading of materials from or use of the website, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, or email or the announcement of the Prizes. Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant who Sponsor, believe has attempted to tamper with, corrupt, or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes or who is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. The use of automated entry or similar devices to participate or subvert the entry process is prohibited and all entries through such devices are void. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any entrant, such entrant will be deemed, as the person named on the applicable entry form. 

Winner Selection: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on/about October 3, 2023 from among all eligible entries received as of 5:59:59 PM MT on October 2, 2023.  Sponsor reserves the right to delay the drawing. The random drawings will be conducted by Sponsor. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be declared the official winner of the Sweepstakes. In the event that a potential winner declines the Prize, is not eligible to accept the Prize, does not comply with the terms of these Official Rules or is not available for any reason when called, his/her prize opportunity will be forfeited and Sponsor at its sole discretion and time permitting, may randomly select an alternate potential winner from among all remaining eligible entries received for the drawing at issue. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. The decisions of Sponsor will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) Prize per person, family or household. All non-winning eligible entries from one drawing will automatically carry-over to and remain eligible for the subsequent drawing. 

Winner Notification: By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects. The potential winners will be notified by email and/or telephone (in Sponsor’s discretion) and must respond to such notification within forty-eight (48) hours, or he/she will forfeit the Prize (as defined below).  The winner will be required to execute and return a Prize Claim Affidavit & Release within five (5) days of the date of issuance of notification. The potential winner will be required to complete an IRS Form W9 and provide their Social Security number for tax reporting purposes. The guest(s) of the winners (or such guest(s) parent/legal guardian if guest is under the age of majority in his/her state of legal residence) may be required to execute and return a Liability Release and (unless prohibited by law) Publicity Release. Non-compliance with the foregoing or with these Official Rules in any way, the inability to contact any potential winner (as specified above), any potential winner's rejection of his or her Prize or return of Prize or prize notification as non-deliverable may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor's discretion, the selecting of an alternate potential winner for the applicable Prize by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received for the drawing at issue. 

Prizes: One (1) Prize (“Prize”) will be awarded as follows: the winner will receive a prize consisting of: two (2) tickets to every event* taking place from October 20, 2023 through September 30, 2024 being held at Budweiser Events Center in Larimer County, Colorado and one (1) free parking pass per event. (Approximate Retail Value: $6, 175).  The Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor.  Sponsor shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, or any other change by any company or person providing any element of the Prize due to reasons beyond Sponsor’s control, and is not responsible or liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence thereof.  The date and/or time of event is subject to change.  The event is subject to cancellation.  Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified thereon and by applicable issuer.  The Prize is not transferable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions are allowed, except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any component thereof) with one of comparable or greater retail value, at its sole discretion.  All costs and expenses not stated herein as being provided in connection with the redemption, receipt and/or use of the Prize are the responsibility of the winner, including, but not limited to, transportation, accommodations and meals, and all federal, state and local taxes.  All Prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.  No extension of event date(s) will be granted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.  The Prize may not be re-sold.

*If there are multiple events in a series of shows, only one (1) such show will be included. Prize includes only regular season Colorado Eagles games (all post-season games excluded)

Miscellaneous: Unless permitted by Sponsor, no transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of Prize permitted; provided, however, Sponsor may substitute any Prize (or any portion thereof) with a prize of comparable or greater value. The winner is responsible for all income, federal, state and local taxes as well as any other costs or expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including, but not limited to, any/all transportation, passport (if applicable), meals, gratuities, travel insurance, and souvenirs. By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and agrees that (1) Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective designees shall have the right and permission to use (unless prohibited by law) entrant's name, address (city and state of residence), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, promotional and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any and all media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation or consideration, permission or notification to entrants or any third parties; and (2) Released Parties, and each of their respective designees and assigns shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damages of any kind to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of participation in this Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any Prize (or any portion thereof) and/or any travel or activity related thereto (including attendance at the game). Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) for any reason including in the event viruses, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) or for any other reason and, in the event of termination at its discretion, select a winner from those eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such termination.

Arbitration: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that 1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the entrant; 2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and 3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. 

Choice of Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Colorado, USA. 

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES IN ANY WAY, OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR, ADMINISTRATOR, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS WILL DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW.
